PropPer Estate Agency Enquiry and Reporting

MDIS was commissioned to design an improved Enquiry management interface to the system and to create a Reporting and Mail Shot function to help negotiators match available properties to applicants, and create mailings.

The system serves two offices over a local area network.

Enquiry Management Screen.

This screen enables users to make multiple queries on the Property database, adding properties of interest to a listing (lower right of screen). At the end of the enquiry session the results are saved, and an e-mail to the applicant may be created with attached property particulars. The search criteria used may also be saved against the applicant record for future reference.

Reporting and Mail Shot Screen..

Users may create a Mailing List by entering Type, Location and Size criteria, or by selecting a specific Property.

If criteria are used, the system lists applicants who have recorded enquiry criteria matching the criteria entered, or who have expressed an interest in Properties which match the criteria.

If a Property is selected, the system lists applicants who have expressed interest in the property.

The listing produced can be reviewed and edited before the mail merge is produced as a Microsoft Word Document.
